Officially revealed today, our first official and detailed look at 2020's flagship LEGO Technic vehicle, the nearly 4,000 piece Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 set. In this stunning Lime Green/Gold Wheels colour matching the launch vehicle for the Sián this is probably LEGO's biggest release of the year. We've got all the details, from the internal mechanisms to most importantly, the price.
We'd reviewed the first Speed Champions polybag set, the Lamborghini Huracan, back in December but since then it's not been clear quite where LEGO were going to make it available (short of some sightings in toy retailers). In the UK at least, it seems LEGO have teamed up with Top Gear Magazine and a UK supermarket to make it available - find out how to get hold of it this month.
With only a few weeks to go before the release of the new (and as yet, unrevealed) Lamborghini ultimate creator series set on June 1, LEGO have posted a teaser trailer. With a few more details visible in the video we can confirm that, as we speculated back in January, we're looking at the set being of the Lamborghini Sian.
As announced/hinted at back in January, there's a new motorcycle addition to the Technic range from Ducati's V4 R Panigale. This bright red superbike is hitting the shelves in August and we've got the full set of pictures and details with it's release for pre-order.
With a large chunk of the world stuck indoors, we've got something cheery to share today as LEGO have released one of the promised 1H2020 sets - the Fast and Furious Dom's Charger model that we'd been expecting post the announcment of the licence in January. It's not the first time we've seen a 70s Charger R/T in LEGO form but this one promises a more substantial build.
